Two-story entryways, west-facing window walls and large rear elevations facing the river or the foothills. It looks superb and it is the reason most Eagle homeowners stop trying to do it themselves after one attempt. A meaningful share of the glass on a typical Eagle house cannot be safely reached from a ladder at all, which is where the price difference between ground-floor and upper-floor panes comes from.
Eagle sits on the Boise River and Eagle Island cottonwood corridor. In late May and June the cottonwoods release seed fluff, and fluff sticks to wet glass and freshly cleaned frames. Washing windows in the middle of it is money spent twice. We schedule Eagle exterior work either side of cottonwood season rather than through it, and we will tell you if you are booking into the worst two weeks of it.
West elevations in Eagle take direct low sun from about four in the afternoon through summer, and that angle shows every streak and every water spot the rest of the house hides. It is also why west-facing panes need cleaning more often than the north side of the same house.

Yes. Tall entryway windows, second-story glass and full window walls are routine Eagle work. They cost more per pane than ground-floor glass because the setup takes longer, and we say so in the quote.

Yes. River-corridor properties are some of our most regular Eagle work, for both glass and gutters.
Yes. They are counted by the number of individual lights rather than by the opening, because that is what the work actually is.
