Every job is priced before we book it. You send two details through the quote form or you call, a real person gets back to you, and we give you a number. Nothing gets added on the day without you agreeing to it first.
Our published starting prices are on the pricing page. They are floors, not estimates. What moves the final number is square footage, how many stories, how reachable the glass or the roofline is, and how long it has been since the last service.
We back every job with a 200% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy, we come back and redo the work. If it is still not right after that, you do not pay. We would rather lose the money on one job than have you tell a neighbour we were fine.

Both, and most of our customers eventually use us for both. Interior home cleaning is one side of the business. Windows, gutters, pressure washing, solar panels and screens are the other. Commercial janitorial and storefront glass is the third.
If you are not happy with a clean, tell us and we come back and redo the work. If it is still not right, you do not pay for it. That is the whole policy.
