Combine that with subdivision sprinklers on a timer and you get the single most common call we take here: the lower panes are cloudy and no amount of Windex touches it. That is mineral scale bonded to the glass, not dirt. It comes off with a proper restoration pass, not a wash. Left long enough it etches the glass permanently and no cleaner will fix it.
