House cleaning in Boise typically runs $120 to $350 per visit for a standard home, with deep cleans and move-out cleans running $250 to $600. Perfect Shine starts at $149. Recurring visits cost less per visit than one-time cleans because the home never gets far behind. Square footage, number of bathrooms, condition and frequency set the price. New Perfect Shine customers get 20% off the first clean, or 40% off through the Shine Club.

This is the part most people get wrong. A house cleaned every two weeks is never dirty enough to need much work, so each visit is short. The same house cleaned twice a year needs a deep clean each time. Over a year the recurring schedule usually costs less per square foot cleaned and always leaves the house in better shape. Cleaning companies price this way because the labour genuinely differs, not as a loyalty gimmick.
A standard clean maintains a home that is already in reasonable order: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, surfaces, fixtures. A deep clean resets one that is not: inside appliances, baseboards, door frames, accumulated build-up in showers, light fixtures, the parts a routine visit does not reach. Most first-time customers need a deep clean once and then move onto standard recurring visits at a lower price.
These are priced above a deep clean because the home is empty, every surface is exposed, and the standard is whatever a landlord or a buyer will accept. In Boise these cluster hard around August when rentals near Boise State and downtown turn over, and the calendar fills weeks ahead.
Square footage first, then bathrooms, because bathrooms are the slowest rooms in any house. Then pets, then condition, then how often. Older Boise homes with original woodwork, radiators and high baseboards take longer than a new build of the same size, which is why a square footage table alone gives you a bad estimate.
| Type of clean | Typical range | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Recurring standard, weekly | $120 - $200 | Lowest cost per visit |
| Recurring standard, biweekly | $140 - $240 | Most commonly booked |
| Recurring standard, monthly | $170 - $300 | More build-up between visits |
| One-time standard clean | $180 - $350 | No recurring discount |
| Deep clean | $250 - $500 | Usually the first visit |
| Move-in / move-out | $300 - $600 | Empty home, higher standard |

A biweekly clean of an average Treasure Valley home is roughly $140 to $240 and buys back about three to four hours of your fortnight. If you would not pay someone $50 an hour to do it, do it yourself. Most people who book recurring cleaning are buying the Saturday back, not the cleanliness.
Biweekly is what most households land on and it is usually the best value per visit. Weekly suits larger households, pets or anyone working from home. Monthly works if the house stays genuinely tidy in between, and if it does not, the monthly visits start running long and the saving disappears.
No. Most recurring customers give us access and are not there. Tell us how you want us to get in and how you want the house left.
The same starting price and the same pricing logic apply across the Treasure Valley. Meridian and Eagle homes are on average larger than the Boise average, so they usually sit higher on the range for reasons of square footage rather than location.
